12 Session Package:

Ready to challenge yourself just a little more? This package offers 3 one-on-one 60 minute personal training sessions per week (12 total sessions per month) that are designed around your goals and activity level.

 

Unlimited Package:

The ultimate package to set your transformation on "FULL steam ahead!" Unlimited 60-minute personal training sessions (Monday-Saturday) that are designed to your goals and activity level.

30 Minute Package:

Are you new to personal training or not sure of where to start? This package is perfect for you! You will receive 3- 30 minute training session per week that are designed to get the sweat flowing and the muscles burning.

Monthly Semi Private:

Are you self-motivated and ready to start working out? This high volume training package is just the ticket to get your transformation going. You will receive 4- 60 minute training sessions per week that are in a semi private environment.
